Special Lecture by Professor Bram Bouwens from Utrecht University
We invited Professor Bram Bouwens from Utrecht University for Comparative Economic History class on 3 December. The title of his lecture was 'The airline industry: change and persistence, similarities and differences, 1910-2020'. He talked to students quite friendly and asked why history matters, why air craft industry is important, and why comparative study is effective for further understanding of history and reality. We very much enjoyed his interactive lecture including group discussion and Q&A. It seems that students were more active than usual!
