Summer Program "Kobe SALAD 2025" held successfully

Kobe SALAD 2025, organised by Specially Appointed Associate Professor Kazuaki Nishioka, took place from 1st to 5th September. The event comprised five sessions covering topics such as international arbitration, sports-related disputes and arbitration, mediation, data protection and privacy, and climate change litigation.

Approximately fifty participants, including academics, legal professionals, and students inside and outside Japan, took part in the programme. Over the five days, the participants engaged in focused discussions across all sessions and deepened exchanges with each other. Kobe SALAD 2025 was organised as part of the KIMAP intensive course, "Comparative Law in Asian Context (Kobe SALAD)."
